The purpose of the Statewide Linkage Oversight Committee (SLOC) is to monitor the planning and implementation activities of the project and to oversee the process and outcome evaluation. The SLOC addresses policy issues relevant to the project and planning for ongoing sustainability of Linkages.

The committee consists of the Executive Director from Children and Family Policy Institute of California (CFPIC), the Linkage Project Director, the evaluator from Harder + Company, California Department of Social Services (CDSS) staff from various branches; Welfare-to-Work, Children’s Services, CWS/CMS, Research and Data, and County Linkages coordinators.
