The Linkages Planning Guide shares the philosophy of Linkages – and provides county leaders throughout and beyond California with specific tools to help them plan and implement Linkages in their own communities.
The Guide showcases the work of the 13 Pioneer Counties that participated in Phase One of the CalWORKs/Child Welfare Partnership Project, which was directed
through the California Center for Research on Women and Families (www.ccrwf.org), a program of the Public Health Institute.
Questions and requests for Linkages training and technical assistance should be directed to the Child and Family Policy Institute of California (CFPIC), which is providing leadership in Phase Two of the Partnership Project and beyond.
Over 70 Linkages planning tools are profiled in the Planning Guide. The Linkages Tool Box provides links to each of the tools.
